There are many Scriptures in the BIble that encourages believers to take responsibility for their health and well-being.  Our well-being is important to our ministry and our purpose, therefore it's critical that we all being to implement techniques and strategies that improve our overall health. Taking a holistic approach to developing a strategy is key to our growth.  

Here are a few scriptures to help you on your journey:
